Roger Yohem has joined the staff of Inside Tucson Business as a reporter and columnist. He brings with him a 25-year award-winning career in corporate communications, media and public relations that in Tucson has included work for Tucson Electric Power, Southwest Gas and ScriptSave. He comes to Inside Tucson Business from the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association, where he was vice president of communications.

Yohem holds a journalism degree from Ohio University and says he’s going back to his roots. He started his career as a reporter in Warren, Ohio.

As a full-time employee at Inside Tucson Business, Yohem will continue writing his Business Notebook column, which appears every other week, and report on building and development, real estate, finance and work on special projects.
